I don't disagree with you on the fact that some of the laws of the game don't help the grass roots ref. However, failing to uphold the laws of the game as they now are does do a major disservice to the next referee who follows you. Perhaps this next ref doesn't like all the laws of the game...

With regard to the OP - :D Good luck charging a referee for the cost of a game. Would be amazed if anything in the CFA rules will support that. Would anyone here pay that? Of course we would all know the cup rules so it wouldn't apply to us anyway... ;)
