    The handle is huge and need to put more than regular pressure to activate it. I hold the flag with finger off the button and instruct my ARs to do it that way. I call it a phantom buzz when you think you've been buzzed but you haven't!

    Hmmmm... Might need to do my research again. Could have sworn I heard it was 30/35 for the top level. Anyways here is why this test is useful.

    What was your rest/recovery time? I practice it at 30/40 intervals and it's a bit of a challenge but definitely interesting.
