    I've allways put dubbing on mine once they're washed and dried then leave them on the window sill for the dubbing to do its thing :) definitely worth doing

    I did the exact same, did my course with lancs FA and then joined manchester FA. If you phone manchester and ask for chris kavanagh, explain to him you want to change over and he should be able to sort it.

    I don't think there is any harm in telling them to shut up but if there was anything more than that eg foul language, threats ect then I think it would defiantly be worth dishing a yellow out.

    For me you correct in what you did. Although the NAR had flagged for offside, your the only one that can stop play so as the coach said play till the whistle. I've saw linos flag for offside in the premier league and the ref played an advantage on numerous occasions..?

    Hi all, Been thinking about this the last couple of days. I referee in a youth league so most games I ref can vary from u7 to u15. If I was to send a player off where would I send them to? Most pitches don't have changing rooms or anything so apart from sending them to the sideline where else...

    Hiya Jake, At younger ages I like to compliment players on good play as I believe it is good encouragement for the kids and can also help your match control. However, if you are going to compliment players, make sure you do it to both teams other wise it could be seen as your being bias to them...
