Yeah that's what i thought , he pushed it a good 8 yards and ran towards it. Got some abuse for it and it made me question my decision. Still did the free kick and told keeper to stop or he would be in the book.

I've found a caution given to a gobby player or 2 early on tends to stop it for the rest of the game, they soon learn.. I have one last week because a player asked me why I gave a foul, I said "pushing" then at every challenge he said "Is that pushing too ref" .. Told him to stop as if he...
I agree the volken whistle is too expensive and for me at my level too much overkill . Got the dolfin for £4.69 on eBay so happy days .. Gonna try it out at battieford gala tommorow
Just got a molten dolfin pro. It's louder and clearer than the fox40 and acme 2000 .. Wonder what the volken sounds like. They seem to be used by the refs in the women's World Cup and under 19 qualifiers
Of course Ross yeah I've put it on mine too lookin forward to using the match card too.... Just an idea though I have a thought about a team sheet card that's the same size as a yellow or red card then it can fit into wallet so you've got a handy easy to find list of players, for subs etc ...
I've just taken delivery of an acme 2000 and it's a big thing that to me sounds the same.. Might spring for one of those £34 molten whistles from Japan with the funky holder
ive got 2 fox 40 classic whistles and one is the cmg version. Which ones do you prefer because even though they are supposed to be the same the non CMG one seems easier and louder too. Has anyone else had this.
