I passed the fitness test today ran 2700m 12 mins then smashed the sprints felt very good after I could of done more but slowed down to help a mate who as struggling but he got through as well. Feeling proud now all the training has paid off.

I think the Nike kit is way better than the Umbro I find the pocket very useful I put my spare pen and book in there, The sizes were different but got long sleeve Large and short sleeve medium worked out brilliant for me. But I am a Nike man always have been.
