Yes the body was made unnaturally bigger. His arm is away from the body and bent which allows control. Did it lead to a goal scoring chance? Yes the goalie was literally forced into a save which went straight to TAA who crossed for the goal.

It's a penalty ultimately IMO. One very rarely given though, similar to when a played slides into block a shot and catches the man after the shot.

I've been appointed to a step 6 game on Saturday, I currently have 1 neutral assistant appointed. I would assume I keep them bench side for both halves? Would I continue to ask my CAR to only give ball in and out of play and off sides? Ignoring fouls & misconduct.
