Looks like there is an audio file on this website to help practice (gives you beeps)

I think I will try incorporate this into my training shortly.
I have heard rumours that there is a new fitness test being introduced for level 4s (and above?) next season.
I believe it is to be 4000m total distance, split into 75m run -> 25m walk x 40. Has anyone got an idea on what the time will be for this? Or if indeed this will be implemented next...
I didn't get a proper replay to look but the first penalty incident which was ruled to be outside the box. Was it not a DOGSO? The angle of the FK made it look like perhaps should have been?
If like me you use a smart watch of some description which tracks how far you move throughout a match. What is your typical distance ran?
For me I'm disappointed with anything below 5 miles (8km) in the middle. I tend to get low 5s for Sunday football and mid to high 5s for Saturday fixtures...
Anyway I don't particularly care. I'd just rather find the reason our colleagues give decisions (or don't) than go against them.
Just like I would as a senior AR explaining the referee's decision during a game.
The ball appears to come off a Leeds player is what I am trying to suggest.
So I am putting forward the point in support of our colleagues: that they felt he wasn't offside from the initial pass as it was off a defender - so him "obstructing the keeper" doesn't come into play unless the other...
Where is he offside from?! How does this still show he is offside? The last touch before the still from what I can see is off a Leeds player.
Going round in circles, read what I am asking.
I am not seeing this clear image of offside everyone else is off this one still.
If Bowen doesn't touch the ball = yes he offside. This image does not prove either way if he does or doesn't, and if he does whether he gets the first touch or second.
