All I can say is I will do my best like every other Referee who takes his or hers fitness test you can't do any more than 100%, That's what I take into every game as well, do my best take on board from my last assessor's comments and try to do better

I will hit the 3k that's what I train for nothing more but nothing less I feel ok at this

The test will not be a problem that's the easy part of it

Thought I would share my great news with you all got a call on Friday night from my RDO telling me I am well above the average and will be nominated to the FA for level 4. All my hard work has paid off just need to wait for the final answer now from the FA

I put on 2kg so I thought I would give the fitness test a go tonight around Battersea Park. My wife must be using all the top notch health ingredients I done 2900 meters in 12 mins well chuffed with that. Tomorrow night just a slower 5k jog so I am ready for Sat big League game.

Just wondering does anyone know what next seasons kit is before I buy some more bits. Thank you.
