    Dropped ball dilemma

Its an awful drop from Moss, he drops it in between the two players (although Fernandes is far more alert) and not really to the West Ham player. Fernandes is on the move as it leaves Moss hands but by the time it hits the floor no way is he the required distance.

    Ball hits me

I always try and drop it to the side so they cant just launch a ball over the top for example. Its a nightmare if you're on your own, you're dropping a ball so could be fifty yards away from where the ball could be in 2 or 3 seconds and have no chance with a tight offisde.

A game today - no shin pads.

Maybe a lot of the reply's saying its my responsibility to check for shin guards are used to reffing at a higher level where you will have an assistant maybe even a 4th official and you're only seeing on average 3-4 subs. This was roll on roll off subs and i was on my own, if you can honestly...

Refsix app - Adding reckless tackle

Just got this today so a bit ropey with it, how do you add a caution for a foul reckless tackle? When I click on yellow card it gives 7 C options but none for a foul that I can see.

    Ref Six - Watch

Thanks, I'm guessing all or most referees think it's great while outsiders will think why waste the money. Just looking at a £40 watch on Amazon to try it out but unsure if it will be compatible.

Apologies if there is already a thread somewhere on this. Never used the refsix app and want to start but unsure on what watch to get. Is any sports smart watches compatible with the app !

    Chelsea v Arsenal

Didn't quite get onto it myself at the time but the back pass from Jorghino which the keeper used his hands to stop a certain goal. No free kick was given by the referee, im not sure if he played an advantage or not as haven't seen an angle when hes in shot. If he did play advantage hes got...

    Sunday league DOGSO

One give away in all this and more a tip (for any new refs) on deciding or helping to decide a DOGSO incident. If the defender does get something on the ball it would change direction, this occasion the ball has gone in a straight line after the attackers touch.

Do any of you referee academy games ?

The best games to do and the easiest for sure. No parents. Coaches and players generally respectful. You can tell were the ball will normally be. Great facilties. Whats not to like.
