    Club Brugge v Villa

Fair point ! just too many of these things cropping up. I'm not the accusing players (Premier League ones hardly need the £'s), it's more a case of them being got at.

    Club Brugge v Villa

or just a bet on Club Brugge being awarded a penalty ?

    Club Brugge v Villa

I know the admins get touchy about this word (it can't be ignored, though) but I think the football authorities ought to look into possible corruption here. It's such a childish error, and has happened twice now. Any sport with that much money floating about and that amount of betting taking...

    Club Brugge v Villa

Should it matter who normally takes the kicks, though ? Who's to say, the coaches or the team didn't want someone different to take them at that stage ?? That's a point...Forgot he was already on a yellow 🤔

    Club Brugge v Villa

What's the commentator talking about "common sense". It's a pen. End of. And i'm a Villa fan Why would defenders throw the ball back, anyway...when it's at their feet ? 🤔

    United spurs.

    It's it's 2-1, then it wasn't a clear and obvious error ?

    The 'Draught Excluder'

Oh, with you. Never realised a "wall" consists of 3 players. As they say, you learn something new each day ! 👍

    The 'Draught Excluder'

I didn't think attackers could stand amongst a wall, now ?

    The 'Draught Excluder'

Fair point. The ball would probably get stuck under them, and it could lead to attacking players trying to kick it through them. I still think it's a serious accident waiting to happen

    The 'Draught Excluder'

I'm surprised attacking teams don't just drill the ball along the ground in the hope it hits the excluders arms. I mean, they'd clearly be in an unnatural position

    United spurs.

Y'know the most annoying thing about this whole saga ? The thing that really rattles me ? Maddison holding his shin, when VAR is showing he probably got caught on the ankle. There lies the biggest problem ! Players playacting to get a player sent off and getting away with it

    Constant appealing

Nothing says they can't. They soon get the message when they realise you're completely ignoring them
  13. B

    United spurs.

Fair point. The whole thing is so subjective, isn't it
  14. B

    United spurs.

was it clearly and obviously an error, then ?

    United spurs.

Bruno has admitted it was a yellow, but def not a red. Therefore, he meant to foul him. If you're going to leave your boot high (even if you slip) you're always going to risk a straight red. Not a C&O error, so he should just accept the decision and move on

    Man City v Arsenal

I understand that, but with the Rice sending off the other week, a Brighton player smashed the ball away earlier in the game and nothing. That's the inconsistency fans / players / coaches get annoyed with.

    Man City v Arsenal

the amount of times you saw the players surrounding the ref, aswell. Clamping down on that didn't last very long, did it

    U8's non competitive

Exactly ! certain games in my area definatley do

    U8's non competitive

I really don't like your tone. Please read comment #14. "some" games do

    U8's non competitive

I'm in England, and trust me, its not just for fun when you hear some of the language and arguing from the parents and the coaches. Some of these games "do" need proper refs
