Which bit(s)? When I started (which wasn't very long ago) I used to give myself just one or two areas to concentrate on for the next game: foul recognition; communication with players; positioning etc. What will be your focus for the next fixture?

When I first started I used to get a little bit of cramp, but really ache the next day. Hardly ever the case now unless it's a particularly tough game or ropey pitch. You might just need a bit of match fitness.
