What have the FA got to do with LOTG? In law the goal is absolutely fine. Whilst the law might not be perfect it’s not really something the FA can change.

After 19 middles this season so far at mostly step 5/6 this is my average. 11km seems a tad high, as you’ve already alluded to it may be a case of working smarter and anticipating play a little more rather than reacting to it and then putting more miles in the legs that’s you need to.

As far as 5-4 criteria goes, it’s simply not worth worrying about or arguing about if it’s above 70. Next season at L4 it could have a much bigger impact but pick your battles. No need to kick up a fuss about it this season as you only need to average 70!
