Club posted this morning that the pitch has passed a pitch inspection but due to weather forecast it was very unlikely the game would be on.
FA said can't take weather forecast in to account apparently, gets called off when when match ref turned up this Evening.
Suppose it needs a harsh sentence as it's so rarely caught.
Remember it happen to one referee and they found out he hadn't submitted any disciplinary action for 10-years despite doing 3 or 4 games most weekends

A holding offence starts outside the penalty area it would be DOGSO if play is stopped for a free kick, by the time they're inside the area the holding is continuing but it's no longer DOGSO.
Perhaps due to the hold delaying them sufficiently, or a heavy touch...
