A question for those who use these boots - are they as 'oversized' as the Copa Mundial FG boots? I am a size 9.5 but found that the FG boots were more suited to a size 11! what is your experience with these?
I suppose you could dismiss the physio and make them leave the FOP. Is it not the case as long as there is a qualified First Aider on the team officials list then the physio is just regarded as an extra one of those first aiders?
There will be a Main youth association that will have branches of regional leagues... try searching for that. AFAIK the regionals incorporate the constitution of the main association.

Without going too far O/T I now try and grab the ball at the end of the game if the away team is in possession and it is the final whistle... it has been known for them to kick the ball out of the pitch area and rile the home coaches!
Has it been known for the away team to try to sneak their ball in when the ball has went out of play? Might not mean much, but some coaches like to play with their own balls. (Please don't)
I had a situation in a youth game recently where a home supporting parent stopped the ball from going out of play on the touchline to save time... it was a TI to the opposition. But because they stopped the ball it technically should have been a drop ball to the last team that touched it which...
a bit different up in Scotland, I think. Usually it is the referee (after they've inspected the pitch) that decides - if it is a local council park then it can be them that will call it off on safety grounds. But mostly it is down to the referee.
