Just seen the foul.
Its a penalty every day of the week. In real time and VAR.

There shouldn't be one if one already occured shortly before, such as the Qatar game when the keeper was down injured pre penalty, they all grabbed a drink then.I know. There shouldn't be any need for a delay after a, Powerade, hydration break.

But it wasn't the pre planned one.
Common sense would have applied and wouldn't have needed a hydration drink.
The commentators were calling them 'dehydration breaks' the other day. I couldn't see the sense in that ideaIn one game the match delegate was seen instructing the officials to delay while looking at an iPad/tablet. I naturally assumed it was something to do with commercials but I stand corrected if not (or maybe it just wasn't Fox). These "hydration" breaks are doing my head in though. In the LOTG, drinks breaks are 1 minute, and cooling breaks 1.5 to 3. If they're going to force utter nonsense, they could at least use the correct terminology.
