I’m refereeing a BUCS match tomorrow and have not done one before as I’m not usually available on a Wednesday lunchtime.

The competition rules I’ve found online make no mention of team sheets… do they use them?

Also thought it was unusual that there are not rolling subs given its grassroots, but hey ho.

Anything else I won’t have thought of?

Have never received team sheets for BUCS in any tier.

Tier 1 very competitive. Tiers 2-4 less so.

Edit to add: BUCS Play app is good for tracking fixtures/tables. Don't have to be a student to register.
 
Concur with @Archer having done a few BUCS games this year. They do their team sheets online and are all over checking them and making sure deadlines are hit, but as the ref you get nothing. The website is super helpful when looking at for fixtures.

As an L6 the standard is decent and behaviour has been largely brilliant. The four games I’ve done have been thoroughly enjoyable.
