Does anyone know where I can find a yellow card wallet? The one Simon Hopper uses in the Prem? He seems to open it up, write in it and then show it. I can’t seem to find any trace online other than a few photos of it being used

I used to use one but ditched it after some confusion on a straight red incident. Can have it if it's still in the old spares drawer (no logo either).
