Great watch. Really good on talking with players, simple calm explanations. Also great dissent cards in there.
The audio is very selective. I think you could have a whole other edit where we would just hear all the “technical” dialogue between the officials. So, as a learning tool for aspiring refs, be aware that we are only hearing a tiny slice of the conversations on comms.
On the debit side I’m not a big fan of his movement style. Looks like he over strides. And I get it, top referees seem trained to do the “I’m-focusing-crouch” and it does say something to the audience - but I don’t like it - I think referees look better and move better upright! (See Letexier
