Entering FOP During Goal Celebration

Is there a sanction to be given to a Coach who enters the field of play to celebrate a goal scored by their team?

Depends on how it is done, if it is relatively minor the referee is going to look like a bit of a killjoy / jobsworth if they caution for it. Whereas if they have run across the pitch, or down to the corner flag, it becomes a much more obvious caution, especially if the opposition react to it and there is a row.

Law 12 says a warning should normally be sufficient:
The following offences should usually result in a warning; repeated or blatant offences should result in a caution or sending-off:

entering the field of play in a respectful/non-confrontational manner
