Having many a debate with fans + some refs who don't think it's a pen, including a couple of second season 4's. Pen for me, called it on first replay as Kane was getting treatment.
Its one that doesn't usually get given because the attacker got the shot away. Initially thought Kane kicked into the defender's foot, but it looks like the contact came a millisecond after Kane shot. It certainly shouldn't be anywhere near VAR involvement though.
