I think a yellow is just about OK, couldn't have complained at red though.
Another game with a pitch invasion and confrontations between players and fans, something really has to be done.
Ollie McBurnie has been called in for interview so that's a possibility and I'd be surprised it Viera isn't either.Just catching up with last nights news and BBC reporting Viera caught up in Evertons pitch invasion
as per this country is reactive, it will take a player, manager or official to be stabbed, or, a player to hit the fan back and be charged, for measures to be implimented.
Cctv can spot us picking our nose. Would take one days work to identify even 100 folk who were on the pitch, get them identified clearly, get then charged, and send out a warning that entering the pitch is not allowed.

Possibly post COVID frustrations coming out at football matches at the min (not an excuse, behaviour seen of late has been abhorrent). Something drastic needs to happen.
But this isn't a new thing, in 2010 Palace fans invaded the pitch at Hillsborough and assaulted Wednesday players and give versa Wednesday fans invaded and assaulted palace players.
So we are 12 years later and the same things are happening.
I don't even know why it's happening in the playoffs... still got to play a game at Wembley for promotion and if you lose that, well, your pitch invasion looks embarrassing.Hibernians Scottish cup win at Hampden v Rangers a few years back was a warzone, with public kickings being delivered, and bizarely a Rangers 40yo snatching a 10yo Hibs kid, for what and why we will never know
The 4th official that day doubled up as security, escorting his fellow officials and players from both teams through supporters, resorting to, well, unorthodox but justified methods...

Forest lose and matey is doing 24 weeks (nowhere near enough imo) for what? Getting excited about a final you go on to lose...
I was at the Huddersfield game and thought the pitch invasion was OTT seeing as they hadn’t been promoted yet. There was a mini pitch invasion at 1-0 and I thought if Huddersfield lose it would look embarrassing.
In the last couple of days we’ve seen pitch invasion celebrations for teams who might not be getting promoted, and a pitch invasion from a team who narrowly avoided relegation in the PL despite spending a lot of money in the last few years. Utter madness
I can see that, for me it’s not excessive force, but if the foot was planted, it could definitely endanger the safety. I think at first look I can justify a yellow, at least for the speed the ref saw it but there’s 100% room for a red. I hadn’t initially considered a planted foot, and i do think it can endanger the safetyRed card. Lunges, from behind, with excessive force
its the exact tackle football went to great lengths to eradicate 20 years ago.
