same for all step 2-7 and beyond leagues and their cups

would take someone a few days to pull it together and it would save a huge amout of trouble

No money, but think of all the goodwill it would create from your fellow referees, meaning they dont have to look at the rules in detail....

I am sure that they all will be so grateful for work save for them.....

Don’t pop your head above that parapet unless employed to do so. Ramifications of being inaccurate aren’t worth it (and neither is working for free).
