And the assistant referee didn't flag it, and the middle referee did nothing about it, so we should get rid of them as well!

Referee seems behind and unsighted, AR is presumably much further back, 4th is perfectly located but looks to have a second City player in the way. And the elbow is quick.

I think it’s understandable the onfield team did not see it.

No excuse for VAR though!

Spot on Santa, the officials can be forgiven for missing it but unbelievable that VAR have viewed it and done nothing.
