I use them but especially when on the line and I notice a difference on how easily I can turn, not so much when in the middle. I wear the Nike sleeves from Refstop (Use discount code in banner) and I love it.
Biggest mental battle will ironically be laps 6/7. Laps 1-5 will go so quickly and the next two feel longer than the entire test. Once you get up that hill its smooth on the way down
My matches were heavily lowered by the bad weather and my availability between Dec-Feb just not aligning, otherwise would definitely have been 20+ middles. I try and MDC at least twice a month to give back to those officials just starting out.
I also only do county cups outside of my normal L4...
I don't log my cards on refsix but tried to keep them pretty up to date in my signature, probably missed some but from what I can remember first full season as a 4 has been:
16 Middles 21 lines
68 Yellows 4.25 per game
4 Reds 0.25 per game
4 Pens
Always had a spell of 2-3 games with 1 or 2 and...

Someone with better knowledge will correct me but I think VAR will only intervene if the corner directly leads to a goal. Can't wait to see how many touches after the corner is taken for it to no longer be considered 'directly'.
Definite foul on raya for me, said it as soon as I saw the replay. Need to look at the impact all the alleged fouls would have had. Raya isn't impeded - he catches the ball and rice's foul has no impact. Similarly the other grappling for me doesn't affect any of the players ability to play the...
Been to nearly every Ipswich home game this season and all of the games on tv but could honestly count on 1 hand how many times I've seen it implemented when there has definitely been opportunities to do this. I like the idea but its a shame its not very obvious if/when utilised.
Will current L3s be staying as dual if they are within their first 4 seasons? Can't reread the email right now but if so does that mean the FA don't see the positive outcomes from this for another 2/3 years at least
