yes, you absolutely can - I would check with your RDO as potentially varies by county. I had a mid season friendly between christmas and new year during the "break" that was used for 7-6 promotion with no issues.

Curious about the other penalty that was given, Gordon I believe. From Eze's shot the defender moves his arm (well his elbow) deliberately in the path of the ball to prevent the goal being scored. If you're going by IFAB it should be a red card for DOGSO?
