This is the finest example of a sport in which money comes first and morals come last. I myself speak of other sports where passion doesn't lead to abuse, but i think inside i know that if rugby turned into a multi-billion pound industry, "Yes Sir" and zero tolerance would go out the window...

In no other sport is this accepted. Regardless of coverage / lack of, and / or stage on which the game is set. I hate that this behavior is remotely normalised, but I also think it's all too far gone and impossible to correct.

I'd generally try at all costs to give each player the same treatment unless its stinkingly obvious differences. 2 times in my first season i gave different outcomes to 2 players going at it. Both times resulted in a warzone.
