Ok, next year we might have different rules (at least for Portugal) as we will be working in closer coordination with The FA in selecting referees. We will see.

One week long (1-7 July), number of games: 2-3 per day, 20 minutes halves so lots of free time too Spain instead is 4 days long (25-28 June) and about the same number of games. It's also possible to do both tournaments as most refs will travel together from one to the other.

The tournament encountered some problems and was cancelled, you are right. In order to avoid any such problems in 2014 the organization decided not to pursue organizing a summer tournament, they instead opted to focus and put all resources into their Easter event which seems very successful at...
