If she did then I concur that would be an incorrect judgement since players from both teams are off the FOP and so both considered on goal line and therefore not in an offside position

She did flag offside and it was given. She took her time but unfortunately she still got it wrong.

Neither. The clip was shown in a theory training session in our RA tonight and I thought it would make a good thread here.

On a side note, yours truly was the only one who got the answer right and could explain the reason.
