You should always get it recorded with a tracker number put on it,

I did, difficult though when the postal service in originating country is useless. It gets given a new tracking ID when it reaches our shores anyway. All tracking says is "in transit"

Update: Should have new stock in in around a week. Will update when I have it.

Last shipment got sent back to sender so has been resent today.
