Blood pressure

Well my BP is definitely much higher now than it was before yesterday! Hopefully it will be back down to a normal level by the time I need to get the form done again...

It was optional when I did the test a fortnight ago (presumably because of covid). I was the only person who brought a form to the test and I got the impression it would probably end up in the bin.

In normal years I believe its mandatory as others have stated.

For 5-4 it's not mandatory.

For 4 and above it is.

The St Johns Ambulance were late in arriving at the test this Sunday and they couldn't start without them there!

They didn't turn up at all to the first test in Bolton, a few mates travelled over from Bradford weren't best pleased

think it was very much a case of 'white coat syndrome' as i'd bought a monitor to see how i was getting on and i'm comfortably below the threshold 90% of the time

better go pass it now i guess

It is not the YORKSHIRE League - just WEST YORKSHIRE league. York and East Yorkshire have their own leagues......

And as you are a L4 on the Yorkshire Pool, I could be observing you....later this season, if you come far enough north :)

I go where I’m sent, North, South, East or West.
Be sure to introduce yourself when the opportunity arises.
