Called wonder web not sure tbh I bought it pre printed but that was what I was told was the best way to attach it.

So I will be able to use it for many many times and it's easy to take it off after every match??

No mate I think it’s permanent

Velcro (hook and loop fastener). Attach the loop (soft) side to the jersey where you want the badge to go, put the hook (hard) side onto the back of the badge.

Benefit there? You can remove the badge when washing the jersey, and you can put it onto another jersey if need be.
