Ah sorry, forgot to answer…

It was for not releasing the ball, so yes, IDFK, was not a delay of game card but USB - my bad. USB because it was not the first time. The GK and teammates had been repeatedly delaying restarts. IIRC I had already warned verbally, cautioned two players, as well as a discussion with the captain. So, then GK has the ball - we are in added time for all the timewasting in a grassroots match that in this league only has added time in exceptional circumstances - repeated verbal encouragement from me to release, does not, so I cautioned as well as the IDFK.

This was in my 3rd (?) year so I didn’t have the “tools” I have now. But I thought I did a lot to try to avoid sanctions and then to sell them. In this case, the team were frankly NUTS! (Crazy coach, Latin roots throughout the team and they do get into the craziest match situations).

I’ve dismissed someone after the full time whistle before funny thing is they had won but he was going on swearing at me so got a 2 week rest.
