what you reckon, red or no red

some people i spoke to on other sites suggested a yellow :O

The Ref Stop
i said VC or SFP as 1st did look accidental then she did it again said to me that 1st was probably intentional as well although gotta take into consideration how the match had been
example was the player hit targeted all game

some others argued usb probably could get away with it like this ref did but an assessor would probably kill you for it lol

Yellow for me. I'd go down the USB route. Not sure I could sell it as VC or SFP

wow that is a hard one, there was nothing in the first, but the second one wow, i would go sod it yellow, the ref was in a better position to tell if there was any malice in it.

quick point that got brought up, was the player hit by the ball back the required distance? now that i actually looked i don't think so but i would (personally) still dismiss her again though every ref is different. no real right or wrong answers in this i think

It's a red card for the second offence.
The throwing of the ball becomes an extension of the arm in the case of VC. The thrower has, in effect, punched the opponent and should be dismissed as such.
I learnt this in a game last season when I was on the line.

thanks dan that makes loads of sence, i would like to know what howard webb would give though.
