First time ive had to use it regarding sending in cards.

Once you press save cautions, has report gone in or is there something else needed to do ?

Doesn't say anywhere that i can see for example your report has gone through or similar.

You need to save cautions, and then submit discipline report. You will get a confirmation that it’s been sent

Add cautions save cautions scroll up to back to summary click on that then click submit report but it is really slow when doing it on a sunday afternoon. I always do mine Monday morning but I start at 2.00 am so there aren't many refs on wgs at that time in the morning.

You need to go back to the match summary page and submit it (button at the bottom of the page).
