What happens after first 6 games

I sent my 6 match form to my RDO at Derbyshire FA last week and received receipt that it had been processed, but what happens now?

My level has been updated on Members Services etc. but do I receive a letter from the FA with my 3 lions badge or similar? And do they still do the call-back part of the course after completion of 6 games?

I wouldn't be surprised if you don't hear anything for a while, as I don't think module 5 courses are arranged until there are enough people to make it worth their while. Think the 3 lions badge will only arrive after 'call-back'. I sent my 6 match form off in October and didn't have the course until February!
 
It varies from County to County (I should have a shortcut key for that). Ideally you would have had your call-back (Module 5) arranged at the same time as your course but this is often delayed, as Mike says, until the County are sure they will have enough attending to make it worthwhile.

My County has arranged for change of grade, posted out the certificate and 3 Lions badge THEN asked people along to Module 5 in the past. They then arrange 3-4 Module 5s across the year and keep inviting people who have become active, until they are sure everyone has completed that part of the course.
