I see it as unnececary. Vizinger (most forward) was not in offside in the moment final pass was made. Also, it was not interupting goalkeeper as much. It was nice scorer/header.

But to make it most accurate, explain how you see it. Neutrally. As we did for that potential penality at Mura vs Celje where it was said this could be penalty. Objective, neutral. As most possible.

For me this is offside. The attacker is in an offside position when the ball is played, has to take evasive action to avoid touching the ball, and his actions are impacting on the goalkeeper's ability to save the ball - the keeper's reaction is delayed because he has to wait and see if the ball touches the attacker before attempting to make the save.

Hadn't thought of the delaying to see if the sticker plays it point. That is brilliant. Changed the way I looked at this completely.
