Three yellow cards

I was at a Youth Cup Finals day yesterday. With respect to a game on the adjacent pith, the ref sent a player of for two separate instances of dissent. On the way off, the assistant (quite a new referee I think), gave the same player a yellow card of his own for the same thing haha (no sin bins) 
Nearly did this to two identical twins, luckily someone piped up that it was the other brother!!! Checked numbers and it was correct. Phew, yellows each, they were absolute doubles of each other and I’d not noticed in the game!
