Threatening a 13 year old

I refereed a game yesterday when a parent threatened to jaw one of the players who is 13, what do I do?

take the parent away, to the sidelines get their teams manager in. say to them i've heard the parent say "i'm going to jaw you!" to one of the kids.
ask for said parent to be removed or else your not restarting. if it continues say you will report them to the league! also report them for it either way as they shouldnt be saying that to kids. dont forget your there to protect them as well.

To be fair, id have probably abandoned the game. Ive done it before after a parent started effing and jeffing at one of the kids. Reported the club for misconduct and let the league/County deal with it
