Summer tournaments

I was just wondering, could you get into trouble for refereeing in a summer tournament (in UK) that is not sanctioned with the county FA? What about if all the participating teams are affiliated with their local county FA?

If in uk then it fine as it our governing body but the tournament has gotta be FA sanctioned
