Would this be reviewed and then more punishment???

As the ref could never have been able to note every player kicking and punching.

especially that disgraceful kick to the head, did he get his marching orders, as it was right under his nose, i saw him follow him for a while afterwards.
 
They formed the triangle so little surprised only the 4 cards between the 3 officials
 
Wow. That's simply and utterly unacceptable. The red who booted the green while laying on the floor shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a football pitch for a long, long time. Was a tough one for all the officials but they did the best they could in very trying circumstances.
