Very kind member of my RA came out to look at me yesterday morning... he doesnt ref these days as he cant physically, but still active as an observer.
it was very refreshing to get some notes and something tangible rather than the winning side saying i was the best, and the losers saying i was the worst !
Half time he gave me a couple of little tips which i implemented second half, and they actually werent that difficult to execute, and they made the job a little easier in a couple of circumstances.
He picked me up on poor position at one corner and took the time to explain why it was poor, and then we sat for 20 minutes after the game just going through a few things.
So, so pleased to have a yardstick of sorts, and really grateful to him for taking the time out for me ....
