A missed caution is a 0.1 deduction, they aren't going to remove a referee from an appointment for that, and the appointment are done well in advance, just not published. Not really sure it can be compared to a referee who admitted an FA misconduct charge.

Total agree with above, am not questioning the appointment as such and along with Oliver and Taylor he is an excellent referee, just the overall message it sends out, that, even when the very top guys disregard the LOTG, its ok things go on as per
