Rules on kit

Are there any rules that say I can't wear an adidas referee shirt like the one in the picture. If you can what badging should I put on it? I will be refereeing U12-U15 games.

FA rules state kit must be black or black & white. The black & yellow you've posted wouldn't be allowed under their rules

I was told it had to be predominantly black, hence this was my first kit. Before I purchased it I asked my RDO and he said it was fine. I wore this for men's and kids games - no one complained

Most people won't turn a hair. They see a referee, not a kit. It's predominantly blak so you won't stick out as you would wearing a coloured shirt. Perhaps as time goes on you ought to consider the all black, or black and white kits for ease.
