VAR suggests penalty to referee, duly given, for handball.
No complaints.
Whilst reviewing the penalty on screen, Schmeichel is digging his foot in to the spot to ruin the spot.
Surprised no RC player went to "protect" the spot to be fair, but no caution for KS? How has the assistant not seen it or keeping an eye?
Once given, two Celtic players are now around the spot, with RC complaining to the referee about said incident with KS. There is no reason why they need to be in the area at this point.
Personally I'd love something to be added to law that if you don't leave the area on a penalty call, in a timely manner, then it's a caution.
Should stop potential incidents and delays if acted on.
