retaken penalty u15s

The whites have a penalty and before it's kicked I shout stay out until the ball is kicked. White team mate is 3 yards in the PA before the ball is kicked.. Penalty is scored.

I order a retake.

Reds manager then goes mad saying it's a yellow card to the attacker and a free kick to his goalkeeper. I stop the game and show him a yellow card.

Penalty is retaken and scored.

I believe i am correct in law.

Any thoughts?

I assume the card to the manager is not for what he said but how he said it.

I had a very similar thing in the same age group today.
Ordered retake. But attacking team complained. They scored retake and then kept being sarcastic "are you sure"...
