In my other life I'm a producer for a business programme on R4 called The Bottom Line. We are planning an episode for a couple of weeks time on 'Side Hustles'.
We are looking for quite a specific scenario for one of our panellists and obviously refereeing is a passion side hustle for most that occasionally becomes a money maker or career.
Does the below sound like you:
- An employee who has been balancing their side hustle with work, this could have been easy or hard before but it should now be coming to a stage where the hustle is more like a second job
- By second job we mean either: it's impact on your time or energy is starting to make balancing it with work harder (we'd like to hear about how you handled this up to now) OR it's starting to grow to a point where the hustle could replace your existing career (so probably at least L3 or 2W officials looking at promotion).
