In my game today,a player alledgedly striked an opponent. I did not witness this as it was off the ball but the feeling I got from players and coaching staff was that he did. Do I send in a county misconduct form even though i couldn't dismiss the player?
As Ross said. If you are called to a disciplinary and you have to say "I didn't see it, but I was told..." Then you are in all for all sorts of problems.
