Reporting Second Caution

On WGS when reporting two cautions and the following dismissal, do you just report S7 or do you report the two cautions also?

S7 will ask for the nature of the two yellows
Give it a go and you'll see what i mean

Not anymore it doesn't, hence why I asked
Now cautions and dismissals are also put onto the same form instead of two separate ones

I thought that was strange when I did my S7 this weekend. You still have the option of typing into the box on WGS, so I just listed the offences there.
