Junior/Youth Ref! He's one of them linos!

U14. Bibs vs Reds. First few minutes, bibs player runs through and gets flagged offside. It probably was, so I agreed and blew for an IDFK. Bibs assistant manager says "Oh great, he is one of them linos".

TBH, he was pretty crap. I had to overall him 4 time because he was incorrect in law.

After the incident I heard some parents say that I should report the coach. Personally, I am not going to bother.

Ignore it. Nothing to worry about from what you have posted. You will end up with a mountain of reports if you set your threshold that low.

However, with crap CARs - if they are obviously trying to cheat, swap them over and put them on their own attacking line. Far less random flags to worry about
