Really exciting appointment!!

I have refereed some matches for the Sheffield United academy but not nearly on a regular basis.

Today I received an email from the referee organiser asking me to help officiate their block fixture against Man United.

The best part about it though is that it will be held at Bramall Lane on the 1st team pitch. I it should be a great experience for me, refereeing in a 30,000+ seater stadium! even though most of them will be empty!!!!!

I was at Carrington today and had a look at the upcoming fixtures, I saw this one and the 12s and 14s are away at Sheffield, the rest at home, so you could be on either one of them two. Although it said it was at Sheffield Academy, so don't take my word for it!!! But it was printed at the start of the season so can see why the venue is wrong

Yeah you probably know more than me. It could be either of them or another age group for all I know Hopefully I will find out soon
